2.6. Cytologische prozessees of Serpula lancrimansIt can be assumed that different processes (Exocytose from enzymes to the wall cell-setup, delivery of wall cell-components and nutrient-reception) go at the hypha-apexes. The catalytic activity of an enzyme is dependent above all on the substrate-concentration, the temperature and the pH. Alters individual for itself or all conditions, so the activity is reduced. So, one single enzyme-molecule can dismantle into its elements up to 5 million substrate-molecules within one minute, for example. [Hubacek, 88 S. 29] at the hypha-apex, the wall cell is permeable as well as plastic and makes a replacement with the surroundings so easily possible. Over the temporal, respectively spatial connections between the delivery of enzymes and Zellwand-Polysaccariden as well as the metabolism-FTAM processes with the pillar-fungi is little known until now. Basis-examinations hardly took place, descriptions of the phenomenon [Schmidt 1994] exist merely
