Combination-effects of everyday-poisons

End of 1993, millionth chemical link was synthesized the 12, for example. To the comparison 1954, it was 600 000 links. Is as good as nothing known over their impacts on health and environment. In the MAK-list are list for dangerous work-materials 1500 materials listed.
Which materials or material-mixture, where and when, in which concentration, with which burden-time etc.. one picks up, is completely unknown and only badly comprehensible. [1]

Combination-effects or synergistic originate with simultaneous attendance of different everyday-poisons. According to type of these elements, its effects can simply add up, they can also increase exponentially, however, like for example lead and Mercury, PCP and dioxins, Pyrethroiden and solvents, PCB and dioxins, or cancels.


People never are exposed to only one everyday-poison but much, that increases mutually through interaction.

Alcohol in small volumes promotes the reception and storage of the fat-soluble poisons. Smokes every poison-effect immensely reinforced - also passive-smokers.

The combination-effect on which action-basis is based, is largely unknown.
The best, synergistic are still explored in the pharmacology. For that reason, it can be declared in some cases on the accessory-papers of medications, when is too arithmetic with damaging "side-effects" or such side-effects can evoke which other active substances (other medications, alcohol, sleeping drugs) respectively. Mostly, however, one finds only the reference unknown side-effects also on the accessory-papers.
Over Synergismen of work-materials in construction and equipment-materials still is very much less known. More exactly, only the combination-effects especially frequently became some until now and in large volumes of occurring work-materials (mostly solvent) among each other and the combination-effects of such work-materials with especially frequently occurring medications like pain and sleeping drugs examines. The until now most inclusive published work on it, works from H. Greim and W. Dessau of the company for radiation and environment-research, appeared 1985 below the title "combination-effects of organic solvents. Toxic effects on liver and nervous system" (Schriftenreihe of the Federal institution for work-protection). Research - Fb number. 442, or [1] S. 26). Also the "Sick-House-Syndrom", that more and more people attack, who move in in new constructions or newly renovated apartments, very much probably goes back to still unexplored combination-effects of content-materials above all of coating-means and construction-glues.
Insomnias, concentration-weakness, tiredness and tingle in hands and feet manifest themselves in nothing but "unspecific" symptoms like headache, tremble the limbs. Scandinavian work-doctors found symptoms, that occur particularly with painters and varnishers frequently, in the common appearance of these symptoms. They called psycho-organic syndrome the illnessvalues mirror only the main-risk again. The medicine doesn't yet know anything about everyday-poison today in general and so is taken over the limiting values of the work-medicine. That is covered not, however, on a healthy manual worker on one single substance (immision-values and concentration-value or their metabolism-production in the biological material, that is, in the urine, blood and other) about material-mixtures values, as they occur in the everyday life. Risk-groups, like children, old and weakened, the limiting values of the work-medicine don't take into account.
The main-effect of the everyday-poisons is a so-called car-immune-illness an allergy, that can later be aimed at the own body.
By American toxicologists, discoveries were done that poisonous chemicals can effect already values, that are far under the medical standard-evaluations, toxic.

Heavy metals like lead belong to the everyday life-poisons with potential subclinical destructive to nerve tissue, cadmium, mercury, chrome (III) or thallium. They can in some pigments (only relatively rare), in cosmetics, as voltage regulators are contained in synthetic materials or in wood-protection-salts; Thallium is in the tobacco-smoke, for example (nicotin) and can occur in cements as impurity. Still, organophosphathaltige pesticides and some chlorinated hydrocarbons belong to it. Although the subclinical destructive to nerve tissue often makes itself only discreetly noticeable, the neurological function-alterations (for example intelligence-loss, behavioral-breakdowns, tiredness and other) can have disastrous effects. The breakdowns are irreversible since that is parent store nervous system little regeneration-capable. [1]

A fact, that hardly receives attention in the accomodations exactly with the pollutant-analyses, is a lacking contemplation of the entire life-area of the concerned things, for example in the residential, work, and leisure time-area. In order to clarify this at a case in point. In the bedroom, an optically hardly noticeable elevated mold-concentration (for example Aspergillus fumigatus) exists. A higher dust-encumbrance with Cladosporium spp. is in the much used workroom and other as well as low volumes of heavy metals before. At work, hydrocarbons exist at times, one chlorinated and in the factory snack shop can cut (passive-smokers) the air. The way to the work takes place very strongly busy with the bicycle along one highway. The workday admittedly exhausting and it is still earned an analgesic.
The air-pollutant-analysis in the living room shows a low formaldehyde-encumbrance of small 0,02 ppm, Restausgasung from a 10 year old closet. Here it becomes clear that a local approach admittedly shows a measuring-result, but doesn't lead to a solution.
