The discussion about the Energieeinsparverordnung ENEV 2000 is one of the most interesting present compartment-topics surely. Critics and advocates from the industry, tries from planning-offices, from the science and politics as well as from associations to represent its partially quite different opinion publicly and to justify. How should the builder, whom this actually involves, still see through here? This is at the reconstruction to be assessed differently surely since one can take the corresponding measures constructively into account in the planning-phase and this has an effect only low in the total-construction-costs. Differently, it looks with the old building-continuance. In this short contribution, in excerpts different statements are summarized and are compared.

In an analysis [14] to the behavior of the temperatures in the Eckbereichen of a two-stale-y wall (heat insulation system) and a monolithic wall with u = 0,3 W/m2K and the tried on edge-conditions in accordance with EN ISO becomes a heat transfer-resistance with (Rsi = 0,25 m2K/W) a surface-temperature in the Eckbereich of 17ºC indoors in 10211 as well as. 15,9ºC calculated. The area-temperature amounts to 20ºC and the outside-temperature -5ºC. These theoretical calculations show that a wall-construction with Heat insulation doesn't need to bring advantages inevitably energetically. The initiative of 'Galileo' like the same-named climate-protection-initiative CO2NTRA, with which the Saint-Gobain Isover G+H INC. promotes Klimaschutz.Projekte already since some years, is called with it. Nothing against the quite neat heats insulation of Isover. Only at this example, the avoidable "objective" coverage of the media becomes clear.
